Ibis Brussels City Centre

Breakfast was quite good and good value. Location was very good for access to walking areas of Brussels. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for departure.

I asked for a quiet room, and I got a perfectly quiet room, not a noise to disturb my sleep/work! The location was perfectly convenient with easy access to metro stations (and it allowed me to discover an area of the city I didn't know well). Staff was welcoming and smiling and made me feel that I was in good hands. The room/bathroom was a bit small but I was alone in it so it was comfortable.

Excellent location (great restaurants and bars are just a few minutes of walking away. Good service and attentive staff. Easy check in and checkout. A big plus is a small store for basics in the reception area (water, beer, soft drinks, snacks, toiletries).

1) Fast and easy check in with friendly frontdesk, they allowed us to check in early during the rainy day. 2) Location is very near to metro station: walking distance about 8mins. 3) TV, aircond, lights are all functioning well. 4) There is warmer or heater in Washroom. 5) Our room faces the St Catherine Church, such as beautiful scenery. 6) Good Soundproof, I can sleep well without any noise. 7) Towels, rug, toilet paper, tissues, hand-wash, shower and hair gel 2 in 1, hairdryer, kettle, cups with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer are all provided. 8) The room is clean. 9) Hangers are provided, which are very useful. 10) Bed are so comfortable, there are bed lamps too. 11) Just beside to Nordzee: a super fresh restaurant with super nice fish soup and fresh oyster. Must try!!! 12) During Sat, there is small market set up in front of St. Catherine Church. 13) Easy check out, just drop the card keys in the box. 14) May looks small, but no worries, you can push in your luggage under the bed. You will have more space.
